THE BEAUTY OF NATURE E-TWINNING PROJECT

Good morning everyone!

 Happy new year from the English corner!!!

 We have started this year with good news. During the second and the third term, our primary kids are going to participate in an E-twinning. E-twinning is an European Project in which different schools from different countries work  together. This year our partners are from Greece, Italy, Turkey and Poland.

Some of the most important aims of the project are:

1. Developing a positive attitude towards nature.

2. Identifying the right behaviour to save nature.

3. Collecting materials from nature to use, reuse and recycle.

We are ready to work together!!!!

 ¡Buenos días y feliz año para todos desde nuestro Rincón del Inglés!

Tenemos muy buenas noticias para este nuevo año ya que durante el segundo y tercer trimestre todos los niños de la etapa de Primaria van a participar en un E-twinning. E-twinning es un Proyecto Europeo en el cual colegios de diferentes partes de Europa trabajan un tema de interés de manera conjunta. Este curso nuestros compañeros de viaje van a ser Grecia, Italia, Turquía y Polonia.

Algunos de los objetivos del proyecto son:

1. Desarrollar una actitud positiva hacia la naturaleza.

2. Identificar las actitudes correctas para preservar la naturaleza y el medio

 ambiente.

3. Recopilar materiales del medio natural para usarlos, reutilizarlos y reciclarlos.

¡Estamos preparados para trabajar juntos!

PEACE DAY

This January 30th, we are going to celebrate the Peace Day in our school. Our pupils are going to participate in different workshops. Finally, we are going to dance and sing all together in the playground. Do you want to dance and sing at home?

El próximo 30 de enero se celebra el día de la Paz. Nuestros alumnos van a participar en diferentes talleres durante la mañana. Para concluir esta jornada de convivencia, bailaremos y cantaremos todos juntos en el patio de recreo. ¿Os apetece bailar y cantar también en casa?

THANKSGIVING DAY

ON THE FOURTH THURSDAY IN NOVEMBER THANKSGIVING DAY IS CELEBRATED.DURING THIS MONTH WE HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH BRANDON ON SOME ASPECTS ABOUT THIS AMERICAN FESTIVITY.

IN YEAR 4, WE HAVE DONE A SHORT PROJECT. WE WANT TO SHOW YOU THAT WE ARE THANKFUL FOR MANY THINGS IN OUR LIVES.

EL CUARTO JUEVES DE NOVIEMBRE SE CELEBRA EL DÍA DE ACCIÓN DE GRACIAS. DURANTE ESTE MES, JUNTO CON BRANDON, HEMOS ESTADO TRABAJANDO DIFERENTES ASPECTOS SOBRE ESTA FESTIVIDAD AMERICANA.

EN CUARTO DE PRIMARIA HEMOS REALIZADO TAMBIÉN UN PEQUEÑO PROYECTO. ADEMÁS OS QUEREMOS MOSTRAR QUE ESTAMOS MUY AGRADECIDOS POR LAS COSAS BUENAS QUE NOS OFRECE LA VIDA.
